A. We're asking diners to rate and review at your restaurant so that restaurants can grow their staff and become more efficient. We want you and others to benefit so make the difference and give constructive critisism where it is due.
A. this only relates to two of our modules, being Review and Reservationist. Once the diners experience is completed at a restaurant they will get an automatic email with a link to post a review. If you have the 'Review' widget, then a tablet is bought directly to the diners where they will be able to review their experience with you. This will in most cases go direct to the owners and head managers.
A. Yes. We offer the mobile widget as a free add-on to our basic Reservationist package. This will also come with a html code that can be embed on your website aswell as your Facebook page, which makes it the first widget that can do that in the industry.
A. Booking Made Easy's reviews can only be left by diners who have booked with the Restaurants Reservation widget. By allowing only actual diners to leave ratings and reviews, we ensure our reviews are the most informative and real in the market. We encourage true ratings and will follow up with restaurants if bad service in reported on our Facebook timeline.
A. No, BME does not edit reviews, however we can change your negative reviews though you must email us, but only at your (the diners) permission.
A. Special deals are provided by the restaurants themselves for us to post and pass onto you, the diner, however you can only claim their special by using the Restaurants Reservations widget to reserve a table.
A. No. You can make the booking for someone else (ie. your boss). They will need to show up with your Reservation name though so make sure you mention this to them. When making your reservation with the Widget, please mention this in the Notes section before submitting so the Restaurant has this information.
A. We share general activity with your friends to help you and your friends leverage off each others' dining experiences - the good and the bad! We typically share information on your restaurant choices, reviews, ratings and your favorite restaurants. When you submit a booking through the reservation widget, the booking information is shared and a link for your friends to join in, however all these settings have to be selected by you first.
